Refund requests may be considered only when submitted within the defined return period. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Items not meeting these conditions may not qualify for refunds.
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method. Customers must provide accurate order and transaction details.
Refunds may not be issued for products that are used, damaged due to improper handling, or returned after the permitted period. Partial refunds, if any, are subject to company review.
